Weeping Willow at Middletown

Like green rain the branches flow
Heading toward the ground below
Often aslant a running brook
(According to Will Shakespeare's Book
Poor Orphelia lost her grip
Into the waters she did slip)

Shallow rooted, easily tilted
Not enough water - become wilted
Known to be a romantic tree
Great for uniting he with she.

... Weeping willow, never fear.
From your face, wipe the tears.
To yourself, always be true.
In my heart you'll stay.
I love you.
